Therapy sessions provide you with a safe place to examine and explore the areas of your life that you need support with. I will work closely with you to identify the areas you would like to focus on. From there, we will thoughtfully find ways to address your challenges. For some, therapy can be short-term and solution-focused, whereas for others, it can be a longer-term process.
